Uygulama ve delilleri açısından namazda ellerin durumu

Abstract

Namaz, Müslümanların hayatında önemli bir yere sahiptir. Kur'an-ı Kerim'de defalarca emredilen namazın nasıl kılınacağıyla ilgili ayrıntılar Hz. Peygamber'in sünnetiyle öğrenilmektedir. Namazın kılınışı ana hatlarıyla dört mezhepte de aynı olmakla birlikte mezheplerin namazın rükünleri dışında kalan fiillerle ilgili farklı uygulamaları mevcuttur. Bu uygulama farklılıkları mezheplerin kullandıkları delillerin ve bu delillerden hüküm çıkarmada takip ettikleri yöntemlerin farklı olmasından kaynaklanmaktadır. Mezheplerin bu tür ihtilafları bir görüş zenginliği olarak değerlendirilmelidir.Uygulama ve delilleri açısından dört mezhebe göre namazda ellerin durumunu ele aldığımız bu çalışma, namazda ellerin kaldırılması ve kıyam, rükû, secde ve teşehhüdde ellerin durumu ile ilgili hükümleri içermektedir. The Prayer (Salaat) has an important role in the life of Muslims. Details about how to perform the prayer which are repeatedly commanded in the Koran are learned by the Prophet's sunnah. Outlines of the prayer are the same in four sect. At the same time, there are different practices of sects about the acts except the obligation of the prayer. This practice differences arise from diversities of the evidences used by the sects and the methods they followed to have provisions. Such kind of disputes of sects should be considered as an intellectual richness.This study that we have discussed the position of hands in prayer in terms of practice and its evidences according to the four sects, contain provisions about lifting hands in prayer and the position of hands in qiyam, ruku, sajdah and tashahhud.
