| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada farklı özellikteki gözenekli yüzeylerde Ninhidrin yöntemi ile vücut izi tespit edilmesi ve gözeneksiz yüzeylerde süperglu yöntemi sonucu oluşan vücut izlerinin ANT Kimyasalı ile hazırlanan çözelti ile boyanarak görünür hale getirilmesi planlanmıştır. Parmak izinin tanımı, parmak izinin çeşitleri, parmak izinin özellikleri, parmak izinin gelişmesini etkileyen faktörler, parmak izinin ülkemizde ve dünyadaki tarihsel süreci, deliller, derinin anatomisi, derinin görevleri, parmak izi sıvısının kimyasal özellikleri, parmak izi incelemesi yapılan yüzeylerin sınıflandırılması, Ruhemman morunun oluşum reaksiyonu, Ninhidrin çözeltisinin nasıl hazırlandığı, Ninhidrin çözeltisinin hangi yüzeylere ve nasıl uygulanacağı, petrol eteri veya HFE 7100 ile hazırlanan Ninhidrin çözeltinin hangi şartlarda uygulanacağı, hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Parmak izi geliştirme laboratuvarında, Ninhidrinin, petrol eteri ve HFE 7100 ile hazırlanan çözeltilerinin gözenekli yüzeylere uygulanması sonucu vücut izleri tespit edilmiştir. Petrol eteri ile hazırlanan Ninhidrin çözeltisi suyla temas eden gözenekli yüzeylere uygulanmış ve vücüt izleri tespit edilmiştir. Gözeneksiz yüzeylere uygulanan Süper Glu yöntemi sonrası gelişen vücut izlerinin ANT kimyasal maddesi ile hazırlanan çözelti ile boyanması sonucu görünür ışıkta ve floresans ışıkta vücut izleri gözlemlenmiştir. In this study, it is planned to determine the bodymarks on porous surfaces having different features by using Ninhidrin method and also to make apparent the bodymarks on the non-porous surfaces that result from the süperglu method by dying with a solution prepared with ANT chemical. The researcher gives information about the following subjects: the definition of the fingerprint, the types of fingerprint, the features of fingerprint, the factors that effect the development of fingerprints, the historical process of fingerprints in our country and the world, evidences. the anatomy of our skin, the functions of the skin, the chemical characteristics of fingerprint liquid, the classification of surfaces that the fingerprints are examined, the creation reaction of Ruhemann Purple, the preparation of Ninhidrin solution, the application of Ninhidrin solution to the specific surfaces and how it is applied, in which circumstances the petroleum ether or the Ninhidrin solution prepared with HFE 7100 should be applied, The bodymarks are identified in consequence of the application of the solutions that are prepared with Ninhidrinin, petroleum ether and HFE 7100 on the porous surfaces at the fingerprint development laboratory. The Ninhidrin solution prepared with the petroleum ether is applied to the porous surfaces that touch upon with water and the bodymarks are identified. After dying the bodymarks which are resulted from the süperglu method applied to the porous surfaces with the solution that is prepared with ANT chemical, the bodymarks are observed under the visible light and fluorescence. | en_US |
