| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmanın amacı, hazırlanan kavramsal değişim metinleriyle zenginleştirilmiş çalışma kağıtlarının ilkokul öğrencilerinin bilimin doğasıyla ilgili görüşlerindeki kalıcılığa etkisini araştırmaktır. Çalışma Rize ili Çayeli İlçesi İshakoğlu İlkokulunda 4.sınıfta okuyan 17 öğrenci ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Hazırlanan çalışma kâğıtları kavramsal değişim metinleriyle zenginleştirilmiştir. Materyallerde bilimin 4 boyutu (kesin olmayan, gözlem ve çıkarım, deneysel, hayal ve yaratıcı doğası) kullanılmıştır Her bir çalışma kâğıdının sonunda 4 maddelik kontrol listesi bulunmaktadır. Bu kontrol listesi, öğrencilerin çalışma kâğıdı uygulandıktan sonraki görüşlerini belirlemek amacıyla uygulanan son test olarak kabul edilmiştir. Materyaller sonrasında kazanılan görüşlerdeki kalıcılığı tespit etmek amacıyla bilimle ilgili görüşler anketi tasarlanmıştır. Bilimle ilgili görüşler anketi belirlenen kazanımlardaki kalıcılığı belirlemek amacıyla uygulanan izleme testidir. Tüm uygulamalar sonunda son test ve izleme testi sonuçları karşılaştırılmış, öğrencilerin sahip olduğu görüşlerin kalıcılığına bakılmıştır. Bilimin doğasının vurgulanan unsurları arasında "gözlem ve çıkarım, hayal ve yaratıcılık, kesin olmama boyutlarındaki katılımcı görüşlerinin deneysel boyuta nazaran daha fazla süreklilik gösterdiği görülmüştür. Kavramsal değişim metinleriyle zenginleştirilmiş çalışma kağıtlarının katılımcı görüşlerinin kalıcılığına olumlu etki ettiği belirlenmiştir. Bu sonuçlar doğrultusunda kavramsal değişim metinlerinin bilim öğretiminde farklı yaş grupları ve öğretim kademelerinde de kullanılması önerilmektedir. The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of worksheets enriched by conceptual change texts on the retention of elementary school students' opinions on the nature of science. The study was carried out with 17 students studying in 4th grade in İshakoğlu Primary School in Çayeli District of Rize Province. The worksheets which are enriched by conceptual change texts were prepared. In the materials, 4 dimensions of science are used as uncertain, observation and deduction, experimental, imagination and creative nature. At the end of each working paper there is a checklist of 4 items. This checklist was accepted as a post-test to determine the views of the participants after the worksheets has been applied. A questionnaire on science was designed to determine the retention of opinions acquired after the material. The science-related opinions questionnaire is a follow-up test applied to determine the persistence of the aspects of NOS. Thus, the post-test and follow-up test results were compared at the end of all applications, and retention of the opinions that the participants had was examined. Among the emphasized aspects of the nature of science, it has been seen that "participant views in observation and deduction, imagination and creativity, uncertainty dimensions are more persistent than the experimental dimension. It was determined that the worksheets enriched by conceptual change texts positively affected the permanence of participant opinions. In accordance with these results, it is suggested that the conceptual change texts should be used in science education in different age groups and teaching stages.
