İlkokul ders kitaplarında yer alan ünite değerlendirme sorularının psikometrik özellikler açısından incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı, Milli Eğitim Bakanlığına bağlı ilkokullarda okutulan ders kitaplarının ünite sonu değerlendirme sorularında yer alan madde türlerinin psikometrik özelliklerinin belirlenmesidir. Araştırma çalışma grubu üzerinden yürütülmüştür. Çalışma grubunu Milli Eğitim Bakanlığına [MEB] bağlı okullarda okutulan Türkçe, hayat bilgisi, matematik, sosyal bilgiler ve fen bilimleri ders kitaplarından toplam 42 kitap oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplama aracını 2016-2017 yıllarında kullanılan, MEB'e bağlı ilkokullarda okutulan ders kitaplarında yer alan ünite sonu değerlendirme soruları oluşturmaktadır. Bu sorular doküman analizi ile incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın bulgularına dayalı olarak ders kitaplarının ünite sonu değerlendirme soruları analizinde; açık uçlu, boşluk doldurma, çoktan seçmeli,doğru-yanlış, eşleştirme ve kısa cevaplı soru türlerinin yazılmasında, belirlenen ölçütlere uygun yazıldığı gibi uygun yazılmayan soru türlerinin olduğu da görülmüştür. Soru türlerinin incelenmesi için belirlenen ölçütler arasında manidar bir ilişkiye rastlanmamıştır. Sonuç olarak, ölçme ve değerlendirme amacı ile hazırlanan ünite sonu değerlendirme soruları hazırlanırken soru yazarlarının soruları psikometrik ilkelere uygun yazmaları ve soruların öğrencilerin kitapla buluşmadan önce uzmanlar tarafından büyük bir hassasiyetle incelenmesi önerilmektedir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Soru Türleri, Ders Kitapları, Psikometri, Rubrik, Sınıf Öğretmenliği The objective of this research is to determine psychometric features of item types included in end of unit evaluation questions of course books studied in primary schools of the Ministry of National Education. The research has been continued on work team. The work team is comprised of 42 books in total among Turkish, life sciences, mathematics, social studies and natural and applied sciences course books used in the schools belong to the Ministry of National Education. Data collection tool is made up of the evaluation questions at the end of the units in the course books studied in 2016-2017 years at the primary schools belong to the Ministry of National Education. These questions were examined with document analysis. It was seen that there are some types of questions written proper and improper to the standards of literature in writing open - ended, gap -filling, multiple choice, true-false, matching and short-answer question types In the analysis of end of unit evaluation questions of course books depending on the findings of the research. In consequence of chi square analysis there is not seen any harmony of questions take place in the course books to the determined criteria.As a result, it can be suggested that question writers shall write the end of unit questions prepared with the purpose of assessment and evaluation in accordance with psychometry and the questions shall be evaluated by experts in a sensitive way before books encounter with the students.
