Silastic magnet casing tear of cochlear implant (CI) due to magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is an uncommon complication. We report repair of a case with magnet dislocation due to MRI-induced silastic casing tear without re-implantation. We believe that this repair method, which has not been previously defined in the literature, will be interesting and guiding.en_US
