Vulvar Dermatoses

Abstract

Vulvar dermatoses are seen commonly. However, unique anatomical and physiological structure of vulva makes it difficult to diagnose and treat. Detailed history and careful physical examination is very crucial in diagnosis of vulvar dermatoses. Classification of vulvar dermatoses of International Vulvovaginal Disease Study Group also guides clinicians to the differential diagnosis. in this review, vulvar dermatoses were reviewed in the light of the literature.
