Karakter eğitimi açısından Mevlâna İdris Zengin'in hikâye ve masallarında eğitsel iletiler

Abstract

Karakter eğitimi her çocuk için önemlidir. Küçük yaştan itibaren oluşmaya başlayan kişilik, çocuk büyüdükçe şekil almaya devam eder. Çocuk, okuduğu ya da dinlediği masal ve hikâyelerdeki karakterlerin bazılarını kendine yakın hissederken bazılarını yakın hissetmez. Bu çalışmada, karakter eğitimi açısından Mevlâna İdris Zengin'in masal ve hikâyelerindeki eğitsel iletilerin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla, yazarın masal ve hikâye türünde yazmış olduğu tüm eserler iki boyutta incelenmiştir. Birinci boyutta, çocuk edebiyatında karakter ve özdeşim arasındaki ilişkiden hareketle yazarın eserlerindeki karakterlerin özellikleri betimlenmiş; ikinci boyutta ise eserlerde yer alan eğitsel iletiler tespit edilmiştir. İnceleme sonucunda, eserlerde yer alan birçok karakterin olumlu özellikler barındırdığı ve bu açıdan karakterlerin çoğunun çocukların özdeşim kurabileceği nitelikte olduğu ve yazarın bu eserlerinin karakter eğitimi açısından zengin iletiler barındırdığı tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca bu iletilerin çocuğa görelik ilkesine de uygun olduğu tespit edilmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Mevlâna İdris Zengin, özdeşim, karakter eğitimi, eğitsel iletiler, masal ve hikâye. Character education is important for every child. Personality which is starting from from the young age has been continues shaped as the child grows. Child, feels that some of the characters in tales and stories he read or listen to are the close to himself, some of the does not feel close himself. In this study, it was aimed to study the educational messages of Mevlâna İdris Zengin's tales and stories in terms of character education. In this purpose, all of the tales and stories which Mevlâna İdris Zengin has written have been examined in two dimensions. In the first dimension, the relation between character and identification in child literal, has been depicted character features in the aouthor's works; in the second dimension, educational messages in the works were determinal. In the result of the examination, it is has been determined that many of the characters in the inspected works have positive features and it has been found that many of the characters have features that children can easily relate themselves and that these works are filled with rich messages in terms of character education. It has also been found that messages have been accordance with the principle fort he child's relativity.
