Sezai Karakoç'ta toplum, millet ve devlet kavramları

Abstract

kısmında çalışmanın önemi, amacı, yöntem ve kaynaklarını izah edildikten sonra siyaset felsefesi hakkında genel bir değerlendirme yapıldı. Daha sonra kısaca Sezai Karakoç'un hayatı ve eserlerinden bahsedildi. Birinci bölümde Karakoç'un toplum anlayışı, toplumu oluşturan kurumlar olarak bahsettiği aile, cami, okul ve devlet mekanizmasının önemi, toplumların sorunları ve toplumların düşüşlerinde etkili olan faktörleri, toplumla ilişkili gördüğü medeniyet, diriliş, ekonomi, hak ve ödev gibi kavramları, toplum modelleri ve idealindeki toplum anlayışı ortaya koyuldu. İkinci bölümde Karakoç'un toplum ve devleti oluşturan temel unsur olarak izah ettiği millet ve milletle bağlantılı olan devlet, kültür, medeniyet ve ümmet kavramlarını ele aldık. İdeal millet modelini ve millet içerisinde önemli bir konum verdiği şair ve aydınlardan bahsedildi. Üçüncü bölümde Karakoç'un devlet algısı, devlet-birey, devlet-toplum, gibi devletle ilişkili kavramları, devleti oluşturan unsurları, devletin temel ilkelerini, devlet adamında bulunması gereken özellikleri ve ideal devlet anlayışı ele alındı. Sezai Karakoç'un siyaset felsefesinin temel kavramlarına dair yazdıklarından ve siyasî bir parti kurmasından onun siyaset düşüncesi üzerine derin bir şekilde eğildiği görüldü. Ama bu durumun onu bir siyaset felsefecisi olarak tanımlamak için yeterli olmadığı sonucuna ulaşıldı Our study, whose title is "Community, Nation and State for Sezai Karakoc", is comprised of three main parts other than introduction and conclusion. After the significance, aim, method and resources were explained in the introduction, a general evaluation was made on political philosophy. The biography and works of Sezai Karakoc were mentioned here briefly. In the first part, Karakoc's perception of community, the importance of family, mosque, school and state mechanisms that he regards as the components of a community, and the questions and factors that lead the communities to fall were defined. In addition, the concepts which he relates to the community such as civilization, revival, economy, rights and responsibilities; community models and his ideal community were specified. In the second part, the concepts of nation, which he describes as the major element of a community and state, state, culture, civilization and ummah were discussed. Also, his ideal community model as well as the poets and intellectuals whom he cares remarkably were determined. As for the third part, Karakoc's perception of state, the concepts in relation to state like state-citizen and state-community were examined. Moreover, the elements of a state, basic principles of a state, the qualifications that a statesman must possess and ideal state perception were studied. From his writings regarding the basic concepts of political philosophy and the fact that he founded a political party, it can be clearly understood that he is closely interested in political thought. However, it could be concluded that these are not adequate to claim he is a political philosopher.
