Phacomatosis pigmentovascularis is a rare genodermatosis which consists of a combination of melanocytic nevi and vascular malformations. Although the classification of phacomatosis pigmentovascularis is updated, recently some cases have been reported with coexistence of different malformations while some of these cases were named with special names by the authors, some cases were described as atypical cases. Here a case of the newborn which has coexistence of congenital pigmented nevus, pigmented hairy nevus and nevus flammeus, is presented. © 2012 OMU.
