n otherwise healthy 48-year-old man presented to our ENT department for evaluation of chronic nasal obstruction, headache, and anosmia. Endo-scopic examination detected massive polyposis that obstructed the middle meatus and extended to the choana on the right side. The patient was prescribed oral corticosteroid therapy (prednisolone at 1 mg/kg) with a tapering dose for 2 weeks in addition to a nasal steroid.
