El-İhtiyar adlı eserde mezheplere yapılan atıflar ve kaynak değerleri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada el-İhtiyâr adlı eserde Şâfiî ve Mâlikîler'e atfedilen görüşleri inceledik. Bu görüşlerin naklî ve aklî delillerini zikretmek suretiyle mukayeseli bir bakış açısı sunmaya çalıştık.El-İhtiyâr'da var olan bu atıfların Ebû Hanîfe'nin görüşleri esas alınmak suretiyle yapıldığını tespit etmiş olduk. Zira bazı atıflarda Ebû Hanîfe dışındaki Hanefî ulemasına ait görüşlerin diğer mezhep âlimlerinin görüşleriyle örtüştüğünü gördük. Söz konusu atıflardan beş tanesinde isabet olmadığını, dört tanesinde de mezhebin zayıf görüşüne atıfta bulunulduğunu tespit ettik. Günümüze kadar çözüme kavuşmuş, kıyamete kadar da çözüme kavuşacak olan milyonlarca meselenin çözümünde mezheplerin birer rahmet vesilesi olduğunu bir kez daha görmüş olduk. Yine mezheplerin İslamın evrenselliğine hizmet eden boyutunu müşahede etmiş olduk. İn this study, we investigated the opinions which has been attributed to the Shâfihî and the Mâlikîs in Al-İhtiyar. We tried to offer a comparative perspective mentioning the reasonal and traditional evidences. Therefore, we identified that this attributes in the Al-İhtiyar was made referencing the opinions of the Ebû Hanîfah. Because, we detected that certain opinions belong to the Hanefianwisers except the ebuhanifah was overlapping with the opinions of the other sects. We detected at the five of subject attributes that four of them was referencing the weak opinions and five of them was misused. We saw again that the sects are ways of mercy at the solution of problems, which has been solved until now and will have been solved until judgement day. In addition, we observed that the sects are serving universality of İslam.
