Din kültürü ve ahlak bilgisi öğretmenlerinden beklenen yeterlikler üzerine yeni öğretmen yetiştirme modeli bağlamında bir araştırma

Abstract

Bu çalışmada yeni öğretmen yetiştirme modeli bağlamında Din Kültürü ve Ahlak Bilgisi Öğretmenlerinden beklenen yeterlikler araştırılmıştır. Din Kültürü ve Ahlak Bilgisi Öğretmenlerinden Beklenen Yeterliklerin Yeni Öğretmen Yetiştirme Modeli Bağlamında belirlenmesinde araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen ve iki bölümden oluşan veri toplama aracı hazırlanmıştır. Veri toplama aracının ilk bölümünde ölçme aracına katılan öğretmenlerin kişisel özelliklerini belirlemeyi amaçlayan 10 soru hazırlanmıştır. Veri toplama aracının ikinci bölümünde araştırmanın alt problemlerine yönelik olarak; ''Size göre bir Din Kültürü ve Ahlak Bilgisi Öğretmeninde bulunması gereken mesleki yeterlikler nelerdir? Önem derecesine göre 1'den 10'a kadar yazınız'' sorusu sorulmuştur. Bu soru çerçevesinde DKAB öğretmenlerinde istenilen yeterlik alanları değişkenlere göre belirlenmiştir. Araştırmanın evrenini, Rize ili ve ilçelerinde bulunan ilköğretim okullarındaki DKAB öğretmenleri, DKAB öğretmenlerinin haricinde kalan diğer öğretmenler ve okul yöneticileri oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini ise 2010 - 2011 öğretim yılında Rize ili ve ilçelerindeki ilköğretim okullarında görev yapan ve araştırmacı tarafından seçilen 262 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Örneklemde yer alan öğretmenler ise seçilen okullardaki DKAB öğretmenlerinden, DKAB öğretmenlerinin haricinde kalan diğer öğretmenlerden ve okul yöneticilerinden oluşmaktadır. Araştırma verilerinin çözümlenmesinde, SPSS programı kullanılarak kişisel değişkenlerle alt probleme ilişkin soruların ilişkisine Khi-Kare (X2) testiyle bakılmıştır. In this study, the competencies expected from the teachers of religious culture and moral knowledge were investigated in the context of 'new teacher training model'. In order to determine those competencies, the data collection tool developed by the researcher was prepared in two parts. In the first part of the data collection tool, 10 questions aimed at determining the personal qualities of the teachers participated in the questionnaire were prepared. In the second part of the data collection tool, for the sub-problems of the research, the question of ''what are the professional competences for a teacher of religious culture and moral knowledge course according to you? Write from 1 to 10 according to the level of their importance'' was asked. The expected areas of competence for teachers of Religious Culture and Moral Knowledge was determined within the framework of this question according to the variables. RCMK teachers, other teachers except for RCMK teachers and school administrators in primary schools in the province of Rize constitute the population of the study. The sample of the study constitutes of 262 teachers selected by the researcher and who worked in the primary schools in Rize province in 2010-2011 academic year. However, teachers taking part in the sample constitute of RCMK teachers, other teachers except from RMCK teachers and school administrators from chosen schools. For the statistical analysis, the relationship between personal variables and questions related to sub-problem was evaluated by using SPSS with Chi-square (X2) test.
