Deriner baraj gölü balık faunasının bakteriyel ve paraziter patojenler açısından araştırılması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Çoruh nehri üzerinde yer alan ve ülkemizin marka projeleri içerisinde değerlendirilen Deriner baraj gölünün balık faunası, bakteriyel ve paraziter patojenler açısından irdelenmiştir. Ağustos 2014 ve Nisan 2015 tarihleri arasında, aylık olarak 6 farklı türe ait toplam 127 balık örneklemesi yapılmıştır. Alburnoides fasciatus, Squalis orientalis, Barbus artvinica, Capoeta banarescui, Capoeta sieboldii ve Capoeta ekmekciae türlerinden, paraziter patojenler olarak Apiosoma sp., Euplotes sp., Gyrodactylus sp., Dactylogyrus sp., Ichthyophthirius multifiliis, Ligula intestinalis, Trichodinella sp., Trichodina sp. ve Vorticella sp. izolasyonu gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bakteriyel patojenler olarak ise Acinetobacter calcoaceticus, Carnobacterium maltaromaticum ve Shewanella putrefaciens türleri dışında, Aeromonas cinsine ait 6 tür ve Pseudomonas cinsine ait 3 farklı tür olmak üzere toplam 39 suş izole edilmiştir. Gerçekleştirilen antibiyogram testlerinin sonuçlarına bakıldığında, en yüksek bakteriyel direncin doğal direnç şeklinde de ifade edebilecek %64,1 değeri ile Ampisilin antibiyotiğine karşı olduğu gözlemlenirken, Enrofloxacin antibiyotiğine karşı hiçbir bakteri suşunda bakteriyel dirence rastlanmamıştır. Ülkemizde yaygın olarak balıklardan izole edilen Yersinia ruckeri ve Lactococcus sp. türlerine hiçbir balık türünde rastlanmaması bölgenin bu bakteriler açısından bakir olabileceği sonucunu göstermektedir. Sonuç olarak; bu tez çalışması ile Deriner baraj gölünün balık patojenleri açısından risk haritası ortaya konulmuş olup, patojenlere karşı alınabilecek tedbirlere temel bir kaynak oluşturulmuştur. Parasitic and bacterial fish pathogens of the fish in Deriner Dam Lake on the Çoruh River were determined in the study. Totally 127 fish (6 different species) were sampled between August 2014 to April 2015. Apiosoma sp., Euplotes sp., Gyrodactylus sp., Dactylogyrus sp., Ichthyophthirius multifiliis, Ligula intestinalis, Trichodinella sp., Trichodina sp. and Vorticella sp. were isolated as a parasitic pathogens of Alburnoides fasciatus, Squalis orientalis, Barbus artvinica, Capoeta banarescui, Capoeta sieboldii and Capoeta ekmekciae. Acinetobacter calcoaceticus, Carnobacterium maltaromaticum and Shewanella putrefaciensans and six Aeromonas and three Pseudomonas species were isolated as bacterial pathogens of the fishes. And also totally 39 different bacteria were isolated from the fishes. Ampicillin appeared as the most ineffective antibiotic (resistant range 64.1%) for the bacteria. There are no resistant bacteria for Enrofloxacin in the antibiogram test results. Common fish pathogens of our country Yersinia ruckeri and Lactococcus sp. were not isolated in the study. These results may interpreted as the bacteria generally isolated trout species and intensive cultural condition. As a result the preliminary information was gained deal with fish pathogens of Deriner Dam Lake, in the project.
