Rize bölgesinde yaşayan gebe kadınlarda HBsAg, AntiHBs ve Anti-HCV seroprevalansı

Amaç: Rize bölgesinde yaşayan gebe kadınlarda HBsAg, AntiHBs ve Anti-HCV seroprevalansının belirlenmesi. Yöntemler: Bu retrospektif çalışmaya, 2008-2012 yılları arasında Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi, Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum gebe polikliniğine başvuran 5894 gebe kadın alındı. Tüm gebelerde ELİSA yöntemi ile belirlenen hepatit B yüzey antijen (HBsAg), hepatit B yüzey antijen antikoru (Anti-HBs) ve hepatit C virüs antikoru (Anti-HCV) seropozitiflik oranları araştırıldı. Bulgular: Çalışmaya alınan gebelerde HBsAg seropozitifliği %5,7 olup, 2012 yılındaki prevalans diğer yıllardan istatistiksel olarak anlamlı şekilde düşük bulundu. AntiH- CV seropozitifliği %0,4 olup yıllar arasında fark bulunmadı. AntiHBs seropozitifliği ise %29,7 olup 2012 yılında diğer yıllara kıyasla istatistiksel olarak anlamlı şekilde yüksek bulundu. Ayrıca Anti HBs prevalansı 20 yaş altı grupta da diğer yaş gruplarına kıyasla daha yüksek tespit edildi. Sonuç: Gebe kadınlar rutin kontrollerinde HBsAg ve anti HCV için taranmalıdır. Bu sayede gebeyi ve yenidoğanı HBV enfeksiyonu ve komplikasyonlarından korumak mümkün olabilir. Objective: HBV and HCV are hepatotropic viruses which may complicate pregnancy. Transmission to fetus or new born from the mother is an important way to spread of these viruses. In this study we aimed to investigate the seroprevalance of Hepatitis B Virus Surface Antigen (HB- sAg), Hepatitis B Virus Surface Antibody (antiHBs) and Hepatitis C Virus Antibody (antiHCV) in pregnants. Methods: Pregnant women who admitted to Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University Hospital, Clinics of Obstetrics and Gynecology between 01.01.2008 and 31.12.2012, were retrospectively investigated for HBsAg, antiHBs and antiHCV seropositivity. Results: The HBsAg seroprevalance of 5.7% was determined with a significant decrease from 2008 to 2012. The antiHCV seroprevalance of 0.4% was noted with no significant changes between years. The antiHBs seroprevalance of 29.7% was determined with a significant increase from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, there was a significant increase in antiHBs seropozitivity in <20 age group. Conclusion: Pregnants should be tested for HbsAg and antiHCV in routin controls. Thus, it can be possible to prevent the newborn and the pregnant from HBV infection and complications.
