Mesleki sonuç beklentisinin açıklanması: öz-aşkınlık, öz-bilinç ve öz-kontrol / öz-yönetim

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı mesleki sonuç beklentisi ile öz-aşkınlık, özbilinç, öz-kontrol ve öz-yönetim arasındaki ilişkileri incelemektir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu, Doğu Karadeniz bölgesinde yer alan bir devlet üniversitesinden rastgele örnekleme yöntemi ile seçilen 409 üniversite öğrencisinden oluşmaktadır. Katılımcıların cinsiyete göre dağılımları 133 erkek (%32.5) ve 276 kız (%67.5) şeklindedir. Yaş ranjı 17 ile 30'dur. Yaş ortalamaları 20.34'dür (Ss = 2.047). Araştırmada, Mesleki Sonuç Beklentisi Ölçeği, Öz-Aşkınlık Ölçeği, Öz-Bilinç Ölçeği, Öz-Kontrol ve Öz-Yönetim Ölçeği ile araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen demografik bilgi formu kullanılmıştır. The present study aims to determine the relationships between vocational consciousness, self-control and self-management. The study group of the study consist of 409 university students which choosing random sampling method from a state university located in the Eastern Black Sea region. The distrubution of gender is 133 men (32.5%) and 276 female (67.5%). The age range is between 17 and 30. The mean of age is 20.34 (Sd = 2.047). Vocational Outcome Expectations Scale, SelfTranscendence Scale, Self-Consciousness Scale, Self-Control / SelfManagement Scale and demograpich information form were used as intsruments in present study. After normality is confirmed, the statistical analysis was performed by using the Pearson ProductMoment Correlation Co-efficient and the Hierarchical Regression analysis. According to present study results, it was determined that there were positive significant relationship between vocational outcome expectations and self-transcendence, self-consciousness and selfcontrol / self-management and there were all significant predictors. It seems to be significant that being mentioned for the first time, for career counseling field and experts which is working in the field. At last, some suggestions were made
