| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada 1,2,4-triazol-3-on türev bazı yeni bileşikler mikrodalga yöntemiyle sentezlenmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda 20 yeni 1,2,4- triazol-3-on türevi bileşik elde edilmiş ve yapıları aydınlatılmıştır. Çalışmanın birinci kısmında triazol bileşikleri için maşlangıç maddeleri olan iminoester 1 (a-e) ve hidrazon 2 (a-e) bileşikleri literatürde kayıtlı olan yöntemlere göre sentezlenmiştir. Çalışmanın ikinci kısmında ise elde edilen hidrazon 2 (a-e) bileşikleri hidrazin hidrat ile etkileştirilerek 4-amino-1,2,4-triazol-3-on 3 (a-e) türevi bileşikler elde edilmiştir. Üçüncü kısımda ise elde edilen 3 (a-e) bileşikler ayrı ayrı 5-bromo salisilaldehit ve 5-kloro salisilaldehit ile reaksiyona girerek 10 yeni schift bazı, 4 (a-e) ve 5 (a-e) sentezlenmiştir. Çalışmanın son kısmında ise elde edilen 4 (a-e) ve 5 (a-e) bileşikleri NaBH4 ile indirgenerek, indirgenme ürünleri 6 (a-e) ve 7 (a-e) elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen yeni bileşiklerin yapıları IR, 1H-NMR ve 13C-NMR ile aydınlatılmıştır. Anahtar kelimeler: Mikrodalga, Triazol-3-on, Salisilaldehit, İndirgenme SYNTHESIS OF SOME 1,2,4-TRIAZOL-3-ONE DERIVATIVES AND IDENTIFYING THEIR STRUCTURE In this study, some of the 1,2,4-triazol-3-one derivatives have been synthesized under microwave irradiation. As a result of this study, 20 novel 1,2,4-triazol-3-one compounds were obtained and was their identified structure. In the first part, iminoester hydrochlorides 1 (a-e) and hydrazones 2 (a-e), which are needed for triazole compounds, were synthesized according to the literature. In the second part of the study, hydrazone compounds 2 (a-e) were reacted with hydrazine hydrate to synthesize 4-amino-1,2,4-triazol-3-one compounds 3 (a-e). In the third part, compounds 3 (a-e) were reacted with 5-bromo salicylaldehyde and 5-chloro salicylaldehyde, separately, and 10 new schiff bases 4 (a-e) and 5 (a-e) were obtained. In the last part of study, compounds 4 (a-e) and 5 (a-e) were reduced with NaBH4 and their reduction products 6 (a-e) and 7 (a-e) were obtained.
