Türkiye'de coğrafi bölgelere göre illerin 2012 yılı sosyoekonomik gelişmişlik sıralaması

Abstract

Çalışmanın amacı Türkiye’de illerin sosyoekonomik gelişmişlik düzeylerini coğrafi bölgeler itibariyle incelemektir. Çalışmada illerin sosyoekonomik gelişmişliğini tanımlayan 63 değişken kullanılmıştır ve sosyoekonomik gelişmişlik düzeyi temel bileşenler analizi ile araştırılmıştır. İllerin 2012 yılı sosyoekonomik gelişmişlik endeks değerlerinden yararlanarak 7 coğrafi bölgenin ve coğrafi bölgelere göre illerin sosyoekonomik gelişmişlik sıralaması yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın ampirik bulguları sosyoekonomik gelişmişliğin ülke genelinde dengeli dağılmadığını göstermektedir.

The purpose of this study is to examine the socioeconomic development levels of provinces in Turkey according to geographical regions. In the study, it is used 63 variables that define the socioeconomic development of provinces and the socioeconomic development levels are investigated by principal component analysis. The socioeconomic development rankings of seven geographic region and the provinces based on geographical regions are done by using the year of 20 12 socioeconomic development indexes of provinces. Empirical findings of the study indicate that the socioeconomic development is not equally distributed across of the country.
