| dc.description.abstract | Endu¨lu¨s Tarih'i ve Medeniyet'i I·sla^m tarihi ic¸erisinde siyasi^ ve ku¨ltu¨rel ac¸ıdan o¨nemli bir yere sahiptir. Bu topraklarda fetihle birlikte farklı dini^ ve etnik unsurlar bir arada yas¸amıs¸ ve bu toprakların siyasi^, askeri^ ve ku¨ltu¨rel bakımdan gelis¸imine katkı sagˆlamıs¸lardır. Bu etnik mozaigˆin en o¨nemli parc¸alarından biri de Berberi^lerdir. Onların Endu¨lu¨s'te sahip oldukları bu o¨nemli konum, bo¨lgeye ne boyutta etki ettiklerinin bilinmesini gerekli kılmaktadır. Bu bagˆlamda gerc¸ekles¸tirilen bu c¸alıs¸ma da bu ihtiyacın kars¸ılanması amac¸ edinilmis¸tir. Bu dogˆrultuda ilk olarak fetih do¨nemi olarak ifade edilen 92/711-95/714 yılları arasında, Berberi^lerin I·ber Yarımadası'nın fethedilmesinde o¨nemli bir paya sahip oldukları belirtilmis¸tir. Sonrasında gerc¸ekles¸en valiler do¨neminde ise, ilk olarak Berberi^lerin nu¨fusu ve yerles¸im bo¨lgeleri konu edinilerek, onların nu¨fus bakımından digˆer unsurların u¨zerinde oldugˆu ve Endu¨lu¨s'te hangi bo¨lgelere yerles¸tikleri ortaya konulmus¸tur. Bunun yanında gerek I·ber Yarımadası ic¸erisinde gerekse Fransa ic¸lerinde yapılan askeri^ faaliyerlerde Berberi^ askerlerden o¨nemli derecede faydalanıldıgˆı sonucuna ulas¸ılmıs¸tır. Berberi^lerin mu¨spet etkilerinin yanında menfi^ etkilerinin bulundugˆu da go¨ru¨lmu¨s¸, ilk olarak kuzey bo¨lgelerinde ortaya c¸ıkan Mu^nise I·syanı ve sonrasında gerc¸ekles¸en Bu¨yu¨k Berberi^ I·syanıyla birlikte, yarımada ic¸erisinde askeri^, siyasi^, iktisadi^, dini^ ve ictimai^ du¨zenin bozuldugˆu ifade edilmis¸, bu bozulmanın Endu¨lu¨s I·sla^m varlıgˆını o¨nemli derecede etkiledigˆi sonucuna ulas¸ılmıs¸tır. Bu hususlar c¸erc¸evesinde Berberi^lerin, fetih ve valiler do¨nemi ic¸erisinde, bazen mu¨spet bazen de menfi manada bo¨lge tarihine etki ettigˆi go¨ru¨lmu¨s¸tu¨r. The history and civilization of Andalusia has an important political and cultural place in the history of Islam. Following the conquest of these lands, different religious and ethnic elements lived together and contributed to the political, military and cultural development of these lands. One of the most important parts of this ethnic mosaic is the Berbers. Their important position in Andalusia makes it necessary to know the extent to which they influence the region. In this context, the aim of this study is to meet this need. In this respect, it was stated that the Berbers had an important role in the conquest of the Iberian Peninsula between the years 92/711 and 95/714, which was expressed as the period of conquest. In the later governors' period, firstly, the population and settlement areas of the Berbers were mentioned and it was revealed that their population was higher than other societies and in which areas they were settled in Andalusia. In addition, it was concluded that the Berber soldiers were utilized for the military activities in the Iberian Peninsula and France. However, it was seen that the Berbers also had negative effects on the region. It was stated that military, political, economic, religious and social order was disturbed within the peninsula after the Mu^nise Rebellion and the Great Berber Rebellion which took place in the northern regions and this dislocation had a significant effect on the Islamic existence of Andalusia. Within the framework of these issues, it is seen that the Berbers had positive and negative effects on the region's history in the period of conquest and governors.
