Yeni pirol halkası içeren azakalkonların sentezi, N-alkil türevleri ve antimikrobiyal aktiviteleri

Abstract

Çalışmanın ilk bölümünde, kalkon türü doğal bileşiklere alternatif olarak 2 adet azakalkon bileşik: (2E)-1-(2-metil-2H-pirol-1-il)-3-(piridin-4-il)-2-propen-1-on, 1, (2E)-1-(2-metil-2H-pirol-1-il)-3-(piridin-3-il)-2-propen-1-on, 2. Claisen-Schmidt reaksiyonuna göre sentezlendi. Ardından 1-2 nolu bileşiklerin N-alkil türevleri olan 3-12 nolu bileşikler ile birlikte toplam 12 bileşik sentezlendi. Yapılan literatür aramaları sonucunda 1-12 nolu bileşiklerin yeni bileşikler oldukları tespit edilmiştir. Sentezlenen bileşiklerin yapıları NMR, FT-IR, UV ve LC-MS/MS teknikleriyle aydınlatıldı.Çalışmanın ikinci bölümünde ise sentezlenen 12 bileşiğin antimikrobiyal analizleri yapıldı. In the first part of this work, two compounds, including azachalcones , which are alternative of the natural chalcone-type compounds; (2E)-1-(2-methyl-2H-pyrrole-1-il)-3-(pyridinyl-4-il)-2-propen-1-one, 1, (2E)-1-(2-methyl-2H-pyrrole-1-il)-3-(pyridinyl-3-il)-2-propen-1-one, 2, were synthesized according to Claisen-Schmidt reaction. Then, 1-2 compounds N-alkyl Substituted derivatives , 3-12 compounds, total of 12 compounds ,were synthesized. In the literature research, compounds 1-12 were found to be new. The structure of the synthesized compounds were identified by NMR, FT-IR, UV, LC-MS/MS.In the second part of the work, antimicrobial properties of twelve compounds synthesized were investigated
