Edebü'l-Kâdî adlı eseri çerçevesinde Mâverdî'nin sünnet anlayışı

Abstract

Edebü'l-Kâdî Adlı Eseri Işığında Mâverdî'nin Sünnet Anlayışı? olarak belirlediğimiz bu çalışmamız, `Giriş'le beraber dört bölümden oluşmaktadır.Giriş bölümünde Mâverdî'nin hayatını ve Edebü'l-Kâdî adlı eserini inceledik.Birinci bölümde sünnetin tarifi, delil olma durumu, bölümleri ve bu konuda Mâverdî'ye has görüşlerden bahsettik.İkinci bölümde, haber kavramına, çeşitlerine ve Mâverdî'nin haberleri farklı derecelendirip anlamlandırmasına değindik.Üçüncü bölümde de râvîlerin özelliklerini ve hadîs alma şekillerini ele aldık. Son olarak da Mâverdî'nin, râvîlerle ilgili tartışmalı olan meselelerdeki görüşlerini beyan ettik.Sonuç kısmında ise, araştırmamızda elde ettiğimiz neticeyi ve Mâverdî'nin sünnetle ilgili olarak tespit ettiğimiz özgün görüşlerini vurguladık. Edebü?l- Kâdî? has three chapter and a prologue.In the prologue, Maverdî?s life and his book ?Edebü?l Kâdî? has analysed.In the first chapter, description of ?sunnah? and its sections and its importance about to be a religious source and Maverdi?s opinions about these subjects have examined.In the second chapter, the ?haber? notion, and its kinds and Maverdi?s opinions about ?haber? has introduced.In the third chapter characteristics of ?râvî?s?, and their styles about informing the ?hadiths? have introduced. At last Maverdî?s opinions about polemics about ?râvî?s? have declared.In consequence, the result of the this thesis and Maverdi?s original ideas about ?sunnah? have declared.
