İcmâın senedi ve İbnü'l-Münzir'in el-icmâ adlı eserinde ibadetlerle ilgili zikredilen icmâaların sened açısından tespiti

Abstract

İcmâın Senedi ve İbnü'l-Münzir'in el-İcmâ AdlıEserinde İbadetlerle İlgili Zikredilen İcmâların Sened Açısından Tespiti? isimli tezimiz ?Sonuç? bölümü hariç üç bölüm ve bir ?Giriş? kısmından oluşmaktadır. Girişkısmında icmâ delili, genel hatlarıyla ele alınmıştır. Birinci bölümde ?el-İcmâ? adlı eserin müellifi olan İbnü'l-Münzir'in hayatıve ilmi kişiliği hakkında derlenen bilgilere yer verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde önce genel anlamda sened kavramıüzerinde durulmuş, daha sonra özel olarak icmâın senedi ve icmâa sened olabilecek deliller ayrıbaşlıklar altında işlenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde ?el-İcmâ? adlıeserde ibadetlerle ilgili zikredilen icmâaların senedleri üzerinde durulmuş, ilgili mezheplerin belirlenen eserleri çerçevesinde bu senedler tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Sonuç kısmında ise bu çalışmada ulaşılan sonuçlar maddeler halinde belirtilmiştir. Our work is made up of three chapters, one entry part and the result part. We have used the act İcmaın Senedi and in the act el-İcmâ of İbnü?l-Münzir. Our work is about the agreements of the praying and their originin this two Works (İcmaın Senedi and in the act el-İcmâ of İbnü?l- Münzir). In the first chapter the life of the auther of the work el-İcmâ İbnü?l-Münzir and his scientifical identity is discussed. In the second chapter the meaning of the term origin in general is discussed. Afterwards, in special, the origin of the agreements and their proofs are discussed in separate parts. In the third chapter the agreements of the praying and their origin in the act el-İcmâ is discussed; using the frame of the written works of the concerned sectarians this origins are fixed. In the result part the reached results of this work are specified.
