Gebelerin üçlü tarama testi ve gebelikte yapılan diğer testler hakkındaki bilgi düzeyinin ölçülmesi

Abstract

AMAÇ: Bebeğin sağlığına risk teşkil edebilecek bir durumun belirlenip tedavi edilebilmesini sağlamak amacıyla gebelerin hamilelik süresince düzenli kontroller yaptırması çok önemlidir. Bu araştırmada gebelerin üçlü tarama testi ve gebelikte yapılan diğer testler hakkındaki bilgi düzeyinin ölçülmesi amaçlanmıştır. YÖNTEM: Çalışmamıza 35. gebelik haftasından büyük, araştırmayı kabul eden, ek hastalığı olmayan ve tekil gebeliği olan 250 gebe alınmıştır. Araştırma verileri anket formu aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. İstatistik hesaplamalarda ki-kare (X2) testi kullanılmıştır. İstatistiksel anlamlılık ise p<0.05 kabul edilmiştir. BULGULAR: Gebelerin %37,2 si 11-14 hafta tarama testini, %40,3"ü üçlü tarama testini bilmektedir. Okula gitmemiş gebelerin %78,6"sının gebelik takibinde hangi tarama testlerinin hangi gebelik haftasında yapılması konusunda bilgisinin olmadığı saptanırken, üniversite mezunlarının %78,6"sı gebelik haftasına göre tarama testlerinin yapılacağını bilmiştir. SONUÇ: Çalışmamızda yüksek eğitim seviyesinde olan gebeler gebelikte yapılan testler ve yapılma zamanı hakkında daha bilgilidir. Bizim düşüncemize göre eğitim düzeyinin yükseltilmesi ile antenatal dönem daha iyi takip edilecektir

AIM: In order to find and treat the possible risks for the baby?s health, it is important to have some tests regularly during women?s pregnancy. The aim of the study was to measure the level of knowledge of the pregnants about the Triple Screen Test and the other tests during pregnancy. METHOD: 250 single, healthy, greater than 35 gestational weeks pregnants were recruited in this study. Data was collected with a questionnaire. Pearson chi-square (X2) test were used in analyses of the data. Statistic significance is quoted at the p < 0,05 level. RESULTS: It?s found that %37.2 women knows double screen test and %42.8 women knows triple screen test. %78.6 women high educational level (university) knows that the true of the sreening test, %78.6 women poor educational level ( no school) don?t know the true of the screening test. CONCLUSION: Our study shows that education is the main factor for determining the level of knowledge of the pregnants about the antenatal screening. We think that if the educational level higher, antenatal period is will be healthy
