Geobacillus stearothermophilus AH22 suşundan glukoz izomerazın karakterizasyonu

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Atatürk Üniversitesi Fen Fakültesi, Moleküler Biyoloji ve Genetik Bölümü araştırmacıları tarafından izole edilen Geobacillus stearothermophilus AH22 suşunun endüstriyel bir enzim olan glukoz izomerazı üretebilme kapasitesi belirlenerek, bu enzimin bazı kinetik verileri ve spektroskopik özellikleri ortaya konuldu.
