Sahîh-İ Buhârî’de Temrîz Sîgasıyla Aktarılan Mu?allak Rivâyetlerin Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Buhârî’nin es?-S?ah?îh?’i ile şöhret kazanmış olan mu‘allak rivâyetlerde kimi zaman zayıflığa delâlet ettiği iddia edilen temrîz sîgası kullanılmıştır. İlgili sîganın böyle bir iddia ile gündeme gelmiş olmasının doğal bir sonucu olarak bu rivâyetlerin sıhhat durumu asırlarca muhaddisler tarafından tartışma konusu yapılmıştır. Kimileri bu sîganın, ilgili rivâyetlerin zayıflığına vurgu yapma amacıyla tercih edildiği görüşünü savunurken bazıları da onun, sahîh hadislerde de kullanıldığını ileri sürerek bu durumun rivâyetlerin zayıflığıyla bir ilgisinin olmadığına kanaat getirmiştir. Temrîz sîgasının, rivâyetlerin sıhhatine veya zayıflığına delâlet etmesi noktasındaki bu görüşler her ne kadar farklılık arz etse de Buhârî’nin, es-Sahîh’inde bu sîgayla aktardığı rivâyetlern tümünün aynı sıhhat derecesine sahip olduğunu söylemek mümkün değildir. Bu sebeple Buhârî’nin kullanımı ile ilişkilendirildiğinde, temrîz sîgasının kesin olarak zayıflığa veya sağlamlığa delâlet ettiği söylenemez. Zira Buhârî’nin bu hususta herhangi bir açıklamasının olduğu bilinmemektedir. Bununla beraber ilgili hadisler hakkında klasik ve çağdaş dönem hadis âlimlerinin görüşleri doğrultusunda belirtilmiş olan sıhhate dair hükümlerin ortaya konulması, Buhârî’nin es?-S?ah?îh?’te ilgili sîgayla hadis naklederken nasıl bir yol izlediği hususuna ışık tutması bakımından önemlidir.

al-Bukhari’s al-Sahih, which had earned reputation, sometimes used the unknown form of alleged violence in narrations. As a natural consequence of the fact that the concerned regime has come to an end with such a claim, the state of health of these reports has been discussed by hadith scholars for centuries. While some argue that such reports are preferred to emphasize the weakness, others have suggested that this phenomenon is also used in sahih hadiths, suggesting that this situation is not a matter of weakness. Although these views point to the point of indicating the sanctity or weakness of the unknown movement, the fact that the provisions about the sanitary conditions stated in the view of the classical and modern hadith scholars about them are different and the way that al-Bukhari observes the way in the hadiths. This is because the provisions laid down about the said narratives show that al-Bukhari's views on the weakness of the authentic indicate weakness and that they are accepted mostly by the past and present-day hadith scholars.
