| dc.description.abstract | Vulvar dermatozlar sık görülür. Ancak vulvanın kendine özgü anatomik ve fizyolojik yapısı teşhis ve tedaviyi zorlaştırır. Vulvar dermatozların tanısında ayrıntılı anamnez ve dikkatli muayene oldukça önemlidir. Uluslararası Vulvovajinal Hastalıklar Çalışma Grubu'nun vulvar dermatozları sınıflandırması da ayırıcı tanıda düşünülmesi gereken hastalıklar açısından klinisyenlere yol göstericidir. | dc.description.abstract | Vulvar dermatoses are seen commonly. However, unique anatomical and physiological structure of vulva makes it difficult to diagnose and treat. Detailed history and careful physical examination is very crucial in diagnosis of vulvar dermatoses. Classification of vulvar dermatoses of International Vulvovaginal Disease Study Group also guides clinicians to the differential diagnosis.
