Psödoanjiomatöz stromal hiperplazi (PASH) nadir görülen, meme stromasının benign proliferatif bir lezyonudur. Klinik ve radyolojik olarak fibroadenom, mikroskobik incelemede ise düşük dereceli anjiosarkom ile karışabilir. Genellikle rastlantısal olarak
meme spesmenlerinde dağınık odaklar halinde saptanırlar. Palpabl kitle oluşturarak radyolojik olarak saptanan PASH olguları
nadirdir. Karakteristik histolojik özelliği, yoğun kollojenez stromada damarsal yapılara benzeyen düzensiz yarıklanmaları çevreleyen iğsi hücrelerden oluşmasıdır | en_US |
