Karadeniz'de kullanılan dip trolü ve gırgır ağlarının hedef dışı tür ve ıskarta oranlarının belirlenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Karadeniz'de dip trolü ve gırgır avcılığından kaynaklanan, hedef dışı türler ve miktarları belirlenmiştir. Eylül 2009-Mayıs 2010 tarihleri arasında, gırgır örneklemeleri Doğu Karadeniz bölgesinde Rize ilinden Gürcistan sınırına kadar olan bölgede, dip trolü örneklemeleri ise Karasu (Sakarya) ve Sinop açıklarında ticari avcılık yapan balıkçı gemileri ile gerçekleştirilmiştir.Gırgır ağlarıyla toplam 26 tür canlı yakalanmış olup 3'ü hedef tür, 9'u tesadüfi tür ve 23 türünde ıskarta edildiği tespit edilmiştir. Elde edilen 117222,27 kg toplam biyokütlenin % 97,85'i hedef av, % 0,53'ü tesadüfi av ve % 1,63 ü ıskarta avdan oluştuğu belirlenmiştir. Yapılan istatistik analizler sonucunda derinliklere göre ıskarta edilen canlıların biyokütle miktarları (p<0,05) ve tür sayıları (p<0,01) arasında önemli farklar olduğu belirlenmiştir.Dip trolü ağlarıyla 26 tür canlı yakalanmış 2'si hedef tür, 6'sı tesadüfi tür olarak değerlendirilmiş ve 25 türün ıskarta edildiği tespit edilmiştir. Elde edilen 2142,82 kg toplam biyokütlenin ağırlıkça % 46,01'i hedef av, tesadüfi av % 11,94'ü ve % 42,06'sının ıskarta avdan oluştuğu belirlenmiştir. İstatistiki analizler sonucunda dip trolü operasyonlarında derinliklere göre ıskarta edilen canlıların tür sayıları (p < 0,01) ve biyokütleleri (p < 0,05) arasında önemli farklar olduğu tespit edilmiştir. In this study, the non-target species and their quantities caused by bottom trawl and purse seine fishing in the Black Sea were determined. Between September 2009 and May 2010, while purse seine samplings were carried out from Rize to Georgia Coast in the southern Black Sea, bottom trawling samplings were performed with commercial fishing vessels in Karasu (Sakarya) and Sinop coasts.A total of 26 species were caught by purse seine and three of them were target species, nine were incidental species and 23 were discarded species. It was determined that the amount of target, incidental and discard catches in the total biomass (117222.27 kg) was 97.85, 0.53 and 1.63 %, respectively. According to statistical analyses, there were significant differences between the amount of biomass (p<0,05) and the number of species (p < 0,01) in terms of the depths.A total of 26 species were caught by bottom trawl and two of them were target species, six were incidental species and 25 were discarded species. It was determined that the amount of target, incidental and discard catches in the total biomass (2142.82 kg) was 46.01, 11.94 and 42.06 %, respectively. According to statistical analyses, there were significant differences between the number of species (p < 0,01) and the amount of biomass (p<0,05) in terms of the depths in the bottom trawl samplings.
