Örgütsel erdemlilik ile örgütsel sağlık arasındaki ilişkinin öğretmen algılarına göre incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırmada örgütsel erdemlilik ile örgütsel sağlık kavramları arasındaki ilişkinin ilkokul, ortaokul ve imam hatip ortaokullarında görev yapmakta olan öğretmenlerin algılarına göre incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. İlişkisel tarama modellerinden biri olan korelasyonel araştırmayla planlan bu çalışmanın evreni 2017-2018 eğitim öğretim yılında Trabzon il merkezi ve ilçelerinde bulunan resmi ilkokul, ortaokul ve imam hatip ortaokullarında görev yapan öğretmenlerden oluşmaktadır. Çalışmanın örneklemi belirlenirken basit seçkisiz (tesadüfi) örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır ve araştırma 500 öğretmenle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda öğretmenlerin örgütsel erdemlilik algılarının yüksek, örgütsel sağlık algılarının ise orta düzeyde olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmanın genel amacı doğrultusunda yapılan korelasyon ve regresyon analizleri sonucunda örgütsel erdemlilik ile örgütsel sağlık arasında pozitif yönde yüksek düzeyde anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu görülmüştür. Bununla beraber örgütsel erdemliliğin boyutları ile örgütsel sağlığın boyutları arasındaki ilişkiler incelendiğinde tüm boyutlar arasında pozitif yönde anlamlı ilişkiler olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca örgütsel erdemliliğin örgütsel sağlığa dair anlamlı bir yordayıcı olduğu belirlenmiştir. In this study, it is aimed to examine the relationship between organizational virtue and organizational health concepts according to the perceptions of teachers working in primary, secondary and imam hatip secondary schools. The population of this study designed in correlational research which is one of the relational survey models, is composed of the teachers working in the primary school, secondary school and imam hatip secondary schools in the city center and districts of Trabzon during the academic year of 2017-2018. A simple random sampling method was used to determine the sample of the study and the research was carried out with 500 teachers. As a result of the research, it was found that organizational virtue of teachers were high and organizational health perceptions were moderate. As a result of the correlation and regression analyzes performed for the general purpose of the study, it was seen that there was a positive and high significant relationship between organizational virtue and organizational health. However, when the relationship between the dimensions of organizational virtue and organizational health were examined, it was found that there were positive significant relationships among all dimensions. In addition, it was determined that organizational virtue was a significant predictor of organizational health.
