| dc.description.abstract | Bu araştırmada okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin mesleki haz düzeylerinin açıklanmasında, mesleki benlik saygısı ve rol fazlası davranışların rolünü ortaya koymak amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın velileri; Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Mesleki Benlik Saygısı Ölçeği, Rol Fazlası Davranışlar Ölçeği (Öğretmen Formu) ve Mesleki Haz Ölçeği ile toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın amacı doğrultusunda yapısal eşitlik modellemesi (YEM) çerçevesinde modeller oluşturulmuş ve bu modellere ilişkin geliştirilen hipotezler test edilmiştir. Araştırma; Artvin, Bayburt, Giresun, Gümüşhane, Ordu, Rize, Trabzon il merkezleri ile ilçe ve köylerde yer alan, bağımsız anaokulları ve ilköğretime bağlı anasınıflarında çalışan 320 okul öncesi öğretmeniyle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin mesleki benlik saygılarının ve rol fazlası davranışlarının mesleki haz düzeylerini ve mesleki benlik saygılarının rol fazlası davranışlarını olumlu yönde açıkladığı sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır. Bu sonuçlar, mesleki haz düzeyi üzerinde mesleki benlik saygısı ve rol fazlası davranışların etkili olduğunu göstermektedir. Bununla birlikte okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin mesleki haz düzeylerinin; mesleki deneyim, medeni durum, çalıştıkları kurum türü, çalıştıkları kurumdaki görev süreleri değişkenleri açısından farklılaşmadığı anlaşılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına dayalı olarak öğretmenlere ve araştırmacılara yönelik önerilere yer verilmiştir. The data of research has been gathered by Personal Information Form, Vocational Self-Esteem Scale, Extra Role Behaviours Scale (Teacher Form) and Zest For Work Scale. In parallel with the intents of research, the models have been formed within the scope of structural equation modelling (SEM) and the hypothesis relating to these models has been tested. This research has been done with 320 preschool teachers who work in independent pre-schools and pre-schools belong to a primary school located in Artvin, Bayburt, Giresun, Gümüşhane, Ordu, Rize, Trabzon city centres, districts and villages. As a result of the research, it has been found that preschool teacher's vocational self-esteem and extra role behaviours affect the zest for work in positive way and extra role behaviours affect vocational self-esteem in positive way. These results show that there is an influence of vocational self-esteem and extra role behaviours on the level of zest for work. In addition to this, it has been understood that the level of zest for work has not been differentiated by vocational experience, marital status, the type of organization where s/he works, the period of work in that organization factors. Based on outcome of the research, the suggestions for teachers and researchers have been included. | en_US |
