| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada yeni bir proteolitik enzim izole edilmiş, saflaştırılmış ve termofilik bir bakteri olan Anoxybacillus kestanbolensis K4 ile karakterize edilmiştir . Enzim, amonyum sülfat fraksiyonasyonu, anyon değişim kromatografisi (DEAE-C) ve katyon değişimini (CM-C) içeren 3 aşamalı bir prosedürde saflaştırıldı. Enzim, SDS-PAGE'ye görenispi moleküler ağırlığı 43kDaolan bir monomerik proteazdı. | en_US |
