2008 krizinin inşaat sektörüne etkileri üzerine bir araştırma (Konya ili uygulaması)

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın literatür kısmı iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde kriz ve kriz yönetimi kavramları hakkında bilgilere yer verilmiştir. Çalışmanın ikinci bölümünde ise günümüze kadar etkileri hissedilmekte olan 2008 küresel ekonomik krizi ele alınmıştır. Bu çerçevede ülke ekonomilerinin gelişimine hem etki eden hem de gelişiminden de kısa sürede etkilenen inşaat sektörünün bu özelliği göz önünde bulundurularak 2008 küresel ekonomik krizinin inşaat sektörü üzerindeki etkilerinin neler olduğu çeşitli ekonomik göstergeler üzerinden açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışmanın üçüncü bölümünde Konya'da faaliyet gösteren inşaat şirketlerinde yönetici olarak çalışmakta olan 73 adet yönetici ile yapılmış olan bir anket çalışmasına yer verilmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında elde edilen veriler yorumlanmıştır. Ayrıca anket çalışması sonucunda Konya'daki inşaat sektöründe faaliyet gösteren işletmelerin çoğunluğunun 2008 küresel ekonomik krizinden etkilendikleri ve kriz yönetim planına sahip olmadıkları tespit edilmiştir. Bu çalışma işletme yöneticilerine, özellikle de inşaat sektöründe faaliyet gösteren işletmelerde çalışmakta olan yöneticilere, yönetsel anlamda katkı sağlayabilir. Bu açıdan kriz ve kriz yönetimi kavramlarına daha fazla önem vererek, krizler ile başa çıkma konusunda avantajlı bir konum elde etmelerine katkı sunabilir. In the first part of the study are given information about the concepts of crisis and crisis management. In the second part of the study, the effects of which are felt to the present global economic crisis of 2008 was discussed. What is also considering this aspect of the construction industry affected in a short time in 2008 the impact on the construction sector of the global economic crisis from both acting as well as the development of the development of the national economy in this context were explained through a variety of economic indicators. In the third part of the study, a survey are given with 73 managers which works as a manager at construction company In Konya. The data obtained under study was reviewed. In addition, a survey of the majority of businesses operating in the construction industry in Konya in the results were found to have a global economic crisis and are affected by the management plan in 2008. In this study, business managers, especially for administrators who work in businesses operating in the construction sector can contribute managerial sense. From this point of giving more importance to the concept of crisis and crisis management, may contribute to obtaining an advantageous position to cope with the crisis.
