Türkiye'de Öğretmen Yetiştirme ve Öğretmenlik Mesleği Politikaları

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Türkiye'de öğretmen yetiştirme ve öğretmenlik mesleği politikaları incelenmiştir. Önce öğretmen mesleğine hazırlık anlamında kimlerin öğretmen olabileceği saptanmış, öğretmen atama politikaları üzerinde durulmuş ve sonra Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı tarafından kamuoyuna açıklanan öğretmenlik mesleği ile ilgili yeni bir strateji taslağı ortaya konulmuştur. Her üç konuda karşılaşılan sorular tartışma bölümünde ele alınmıştır. Tartışmada öğretmen yetiştirme ve istihdamında özellikle stratejik planlama ihtiyacı vurgulanmıştır. Araştırma sonuç ve önerilerle sona ermektedir.

In this study, teacher education and teaching profession policies in Turkey were investigated. At first, in terms of teaching profession, the question of who can be a teacher is identified, the teacher assignment policies are emphasized and then a new strategy draft regarding the teacher profession, made public by the Ministry of Education, is outlined. In the discussion session questions related to this issues are negotiated. In the discussion the need of strategic planning by raising and assignment is particularly emphasized. The final part of the study contains results and suggestions.
