| dc.description.abstract | Çağımızda hadîs etrafındaki tartışmalar sürmektedir. Hadîslerin nasıl anlaşılması gerektiğine dair metodoloji tartışmaları, hadîslerin sıhhatinin nasıl tespit edileceğiyle ilgili usûl münakaşaları bunlardan bir kaçıdır. Bu tartışmalar yapılırken bazı isimlerin ön plana çıktığı görülür. Ahmed Emin, Muhammed Ebu Reyye, Fazlur Rahman, Muhammed Gazalî, Mevdudî gibi zatlar bu isimlere örnek olarak verilebilir. Bunların hadîse yaklaşımı şüphesiz farklılık arz etmekte olup ayrı ayrı çalışmayı hak etmektedir. İşte bu çalışmada hadîs kültürüne katkılarını ele aldığımız Yusuf el-Karadâvî de özellikle hadîslerin anlaşılması konusunda çağımızda isim yapmış ve etki bırakmış önemli simalarından biridir.Yusuf el-Karadâvî'nin daha ziyade fıkıh ve fetva alanında meşhur olduğu görülür. Bununla birlikte hadîs alanına yaptığı katkılar da küçümsenmeyecek bir nitelik taşımaktadır. Yusuf el-Karadâvî, sünnetin nasıl anlaşılması gerektiğinden, hadîslerin anlaşılmasında dikkat edilecek ilkelere; Hadîs-fıkıh ilişkisinden, hadîs-akaid ilişkisine; hadîs fetvalarından sünnetin toplumsal ve evrensel boyutuna kadar çok geniş alanı kapsayacak bir muhteva çerçevesinde hadîs meselelerine yaklaşmaktadır. Bundan dolayı onun hadîs alanına katkısının nitelik ve boyutlarını incelemeyi arzu ettik. Tezimizde Yusuf el-Karadâvî'nin bu özelliğini tespit ve tasnif etmeye çalıştık. The discussion around the hadith is still ongoing in our day. Some of them are methodology discussions on in what way the hadith is supposed to be comprehended and procedural controversies on how to determine authenticity of the hadith. Looking into those discussions, one may see certain names to be prominent. Examples of those names include persons such as Ahmed Emin, Muhammed Ebu Reyye, Fazlur Rahman, Mohammed al-Ghazali, Maududi. Their approaches to the hadith, without doubt, come with their differences and they deserve separate studies. And Yusuf al-Qaradawi, whom we consider his contributions to the hadith culture in this study, is one of those prominent personages who left an impression and won a name for himself especially in the subject of comprehending the hadiths.One may see that Yusuf al-Qaradawi is more renowned rather in the fields of fiqh and fatw?. Neverthless, his contributions made to the field of hadith bears a quality not to be underestimated. Yusuf al-Qaradawi approaches the hadith issues within a frame of contents to cover a very large domain from in what the hadith is supposed to be comprehended, to principles to be considered in comprehending the hadiths; from the hadith ? fiqh relation, to the hadith ? aqida relation; and from fatw?s on the hadith, to social and universal dimension of sunnah. That?s why we wished to research on qualities and dimensions of his contributions to field of the hadith.
