| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışma Trabzon merkez ve ilçelerinde görev yapan Kur'an kursu öğreticisine yönelik yapılmış nitel bir araştırmadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı hafızlık öğretimiyle ilgili boylamsal bir çalışma yapıp, değişen milli eğitim politikalarının buna bağımlı olan hafızlık politikalarını etkileyip etkilemediğini tespit etmek ve bir etki varsa bunun ne şekilde gerçekleştiğini bizzat hafızlık öğretimi yapan kişilerin değerlendirmeleri ışığında ortaya koymaktır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma modellerinden durum çalışması kullanılmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılan araştırmada, farklı zamanlarda konuyla ilgili yapılmış olan çalışmalardan da istifade edilmiştir. Araştırmamızın çalışma grubunun seçiminde, nitel araştırmalarda kullanılan amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden kolay ulaşılabilir durum örneklemesi, ölçüt örneklemesi ve kartopu örneklemesi kullanılmış, bu sayede Trabzon genelinde görev yapan 517 öğreticiden 30 öğretici çalışma grubu olarak belirlenmiştir. Araştırmamızın birinci bölümünde cumhuriyet dönemindeki milli eğitim politikaları ve yaygın din eğitimi ele alınmış, ikinci bölümde ise Kur'an kursu öğreticilerinin her üç dönem için (1983-1997 / 1997-2012 / 2012 ve günümüz), Kur'an kurslarındaki öğrenci kaynağı, farklı dönem ve yaş guruplarında hafızlık yapan öğrencilerin avantaj ve dezavantajları, iletişim, disiplin ve fiziki, sosyal ve kültürel yapı gibi temalara ilişkin görüşlerine yer verilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda; Kur'an kurslarındaki öğrenci kaynağının her üç dönemde de farklılık gösterdiği, iletişim ve disiplin konusunda öğreticilerin her üç dönemde de öğrencilere karşı farklı tutum sergiledikleri, fiziki, sosyal ve kültürel yapının ilk dönemde oldukça kötü olduğu, ancak sonraki dönemlerde olumlu bir süreç içerisine girdiği tespit edilmiştir. This qualitative research has been realized for the intention of the teachers at the Quran courses in Trabzon centrum and its towns. The aim of this project is to gain broad information regarding to the teaching system of Hafiz and with this, study the potential effects of the changeful politics of National Education on the Hafiz system and if there are effects, put forward the consequences through the feedbacks of the lecturers directly. Within the qualitative research models case study has been selected. As semi-configured forms have been used for the data collection source, meanwhile, some other projects that are aiming to define the topic that are completed in different time periods are also taken advantage of. The workgroup of the research is selected through the convenience sampling out of the purposive sampling methods that is one of the qualitative research models, critical case sampling and snowball sampling methods. Thus, only 30 lecturers out 517 that are functioning in Trabzon have been selected. In the first section of our research, the politics of national education and the common religious education are covered where in the second section the opinions of the lecturers in three periods (1983-1997, 1997-2012, 2012-today) at the Quran courseof the source of the students, the advantages and the disadvantages of the students studying Hafiz in different time periods and the age differences, discipline, physical, social and cultural manners are evaluated. Overall, the study showed that the students' manners have been different in all the three periods that drove the lecturers to deal with those students in different ways considering communication and discipline matters. In addition to this, the physical, social and cultural patterns are detected to be rather bad in the first period where all became better in the later periods.
