Abdü'l-mecid b. Ebil-l Eys Muharrem ez-Zılî, "Bidâ'atü'l Vâizin" (İnceleme-transkripsiyonlu metin-ses bilgisi-ekler dizini-tıpkıbasım)

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın konusunu, Türk Dil Kurumu El Yazmaları ve Nadir Eserler Kütüphanesinde A/242 numarada kayıtlı olan Bidâʿatü'l Vâizin adlı yazma eser oluşturmaktadır. Klasik Osmanlı Türkçesi dönemine ait olan bu eser üzerine yapılacak dil bilgisi çalışmasıyla dönemin diline dair yapılan değerlendirmelere katkı sağlanılması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada öncelikle seçilen eserin transkripsiyonu dönemin dil özellikleri de göz önünde bulundurularak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Transkripsiyonu yapılan metin üzerinden dil özellikleri, ünlü ve ünsüzlerin metin içerisindeki durumları ile ilgili imla özellikleri tespit edilmiş ardından ses bilgisi ayrıntılı bir şekilde incelenip örneklerle desteklenmiştir. Çalışma içerisinde yapılan tespitleri desteklemek amacıyla ekler dizinine yer verilmiş ve her ek varak numarasına, yerine ve kaç defa kullanıldığına göre alfabetik olarak sıralanmıştır. Eser hakkında ortaya koyulan inceleme ve tespitler, bu alanda sonradan çalışma yapacak olanlara katkı sağlamak amacıyla metnin tıpkıbasımıyla birlikte verilmiştir.The subject of this study is the manuscript called Bidâʿatü'l Vâizin, which is registered with the number A/242 in the Turkish Language Institution Manuscripts and Rare Works Library. It is aimed to contribute to the language characteristics of the period with the grammar study to be made on this work, which belongs to the period of Classical Ottoman Turkish. In the study, first, the transcription of the selected work was carried out by considering the language characteristics of the period. Language features and spelling features related to the situations of vowels and consonants in the text were determined on the text that was transcribed, then phonetics was examined in detail and supported with examples. In order to support the determinations made in the study, an index of appendices is included, and each annex is listed alphabetically according to its page number, place and how many times it has been used. The examinations and determinations regarding the work are given with the facsimile of the text in order to contribute to those who will work in this field later.
