Ortaöğretim okulları yönetici ve öğretmenlerin görüşlerine göre hesap verebilirlik (Rize örneği)

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın temel amacı, Rize ili merkez ve ilçelerindeki kamu ve özel ortaöğretim kurumlarında görev yapan yönetici ve öğretmenlerin okul geliştirme aracı olarak hesap verebilirliği benimseme ve uygulanabilirlik düzeylerinin saptanması ve anlamlı bir farklılık olup olmadığının tespit edilmesidir. Bu araştırmanın kapsamı Rize ili merkez ve ilçelerindeki kamu ve özel tüm ortaöğretim kurumlarını kapsamaktadır. Betimsel tarama modelinin kullanıldığı bu nicel araştırmanın evrenini 2020-2021 eğitim öğretim yılında Rize ili ve ilçelerinde görev yapan yöneticiler ve öğretmenler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemi ortaöğretim kurumlarında görev yapan yönetici ve öğretmenlerden tesadüfi örnekleme yoluyla seçilmiştir. Araştırma 46 yönetici ve 187 öğretmenin katılımı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada Fatmanur ÖZEN tarafından geliştirilen hesap verebilirlik ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda görev türü değişkenine göre akademik başarı uygulanabilirlik düzeyine ait istatistiksel anlamda bir farklılık bulunmuş olup diğer değişken ve düzeylerde istatistiksel anlamda herhangi bir farklılık bulunmamıştır.

The main purpose of this research is to determine the level of adopting accountability and applicability of administrators and teachers working in public and private secondary education institutions in the center and districts of Rize as a school development tool and to determine whether there is a significant difference. The scope of this research covers all public and private secondary education institutions in the center and districts of Rize. The universe of this quantitative research, in which the descriptive survey model was used, consists of administrators and teachers working in Rize province and districts in the 2020-2021 academic year. The sample of the research was selected by random sampling from the administrators and teachers working in secondary education institutions. The research was carried out with the participation of 46 administrators and 187 teachers. The accountability scale developed by Fatmanur ÖZEN was used in the research. As a result of the research, a statistical difference was found in terms of the level of academic achievement applicability according to the task type variable, and there was no statistical difference in other variables and levels.
